Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75162 fits the 2004-2009 Dodge Durango. It is not confirmed to fit the 2018 Durango like yours. For a hitch that fits your 2018 Dodge Durango I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR. This is a Class IV hitch with a 2" receiver. It installs behind the rear bumper so it will be completely hidden with the bumper panel in place.
If you plan on doing some towing, you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56336 for wiring. For a ball mount, the # 989900 would be a good choice and give you some different options.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
