Wiring Harness Fit for 2008 Dodge Durango Without Factory Tow Package
Question:
I have a 2008 Dodge Durango Adventurer. Is the correct part number C55597 for the Trailer Hitch Receiver?

Expert Reply:
I have confirmed with the manufacturer for you that the correct fit for a Curt wiring harness for your 2008 Dodge Durango without the factory tow package is the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55597.
If you are looking for a hitch as well to do some towing, the hitch I recommend to combine quality with ease of installation is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75162.
I have added links to video installs of both products on an '08 Durango for you to check out.
