Draw-Tite's Tested Tough guarantee ensures that this hitch exceeds industry standards. Drawbar sold separately.Hitch arrived quickly. Some signs of coating chipping but will probably be OK. Installation in 30 mins is more an aspiration than a reality. May be easier with a pit or lift but the hitch can be fitted with vehicle on the ground. Getting the exhaust support off the hanger is the hardest/slowest part and is required on a 2017 Tucson - I cannot see how it can be installed with the exhaust in place, at least not when lying on the ground. Silicone grease and narrow nose locking pliers (mole grips/vice grips) and pulling worked well - pry bar was hopeless. Needle nose pliers may work as well. Hitch was a little wider than expected and required side bolts to be tightened to align the threaded hole enough for the last (driver side) bolt to engage in the chassis. Otherwise installation was reasonably quick and easy once the exhaust was lowered.

Easy installation. I would have given you a excellent rating but your instructions said the bolts are 17mm. They are not, they are 16mm, rather frustrating.

This is the second one I purchased from etrailer. The firt was for my Nissan Xterra and this one for my girl friend's Hyundai Tuscan. The video is quite helpful and the install is just as easy as it is in the video. If you plan to install yourself, just give yourself a little extra time unless you actually have a lift to work off of. All in all, could not be happier. Tim
I am not only impressed with the quality of this product but with the company that sold it to me. Their website is extremely well laid out, I found what I wanted quickly, the video guidance they provide on how to install the hitch is very well done and the product price was competitive. I would not hesitate to do business with etrailer again and would recommend them to anyone interested.
This receiver looks great and is barely visible unlike others that hang way down. Instillation wasn't too bad (tip use some soapy water if you need to remove rubber exhaust hangers).
When the big box online retailer could not tell me when it would have this back in stock, I reordered from etrailer. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Already installled. Have ordered here before with great success.
I haven't opened the box, but I'm sure that everything is going to be great. Even with the recent holidays, the timing of the delivery was excellent, and it looks as if all will be good. I have friends who will be coming in the next few days to help me with assembly, etc.

fit was perfect and the only part visible is the receiver platform. install was a breeze!
