This is the second time I have purchased a trailer hitch from this company. I only had to replace this product because I was rear ended a few weeks ago by another driver. The tow bar took all the damage and while it had to be replaced, it protected the back of my jeep from further impact.

Great products! Easy to follow instruction and installation was pretty straight forward. Took longer than the 40 minutes advertised, but that was mostly due to rust issues on my vehicle. Would most definitely recommend Curt products, and etrailer.com. Fast ship, good prices and stellar customer service.

I installed it yesterday and it only took me 3 hrs. I know, I know, but I am 76 years old and was working by myself. I had to spread the mounting flanges about 1/4'' to get every thing lined up but it went on easy on looks good. I hope the wiring hookup I ordered from you works as well. 5 stars, thank you, Jim Hanson

After struggling to install the wrong one that I ordered, this one went on like a dream! etrailer was very understanding about the mixup and credited the one for the other seamlessly. Thank you, etrailer! I have used this hitch several times and it is perfect and easy to use. No problem with loose bolts (as I had been warned by a friend) because of the lock washers that came with the kit. Very clear instructions online, both in writing and video, on how to wire the lights, too.
I installed this hitch about a year ago. Following the available video's made it pretty easy and I'm not really that mechanical. The wiring harness was also pretty straight forward. Overall, it has functioned perfectly. Does what a trailer hitch is supposed to do. The bottom line is this is much cheaper to buy directly and install yourself than to have someone else do it. Would definitely recommend.
I really enjoy this product, it was very easy to install and works very well for me.
Easily installed. Took about 1.5 hours, including the T-wiring harness I purchased with it. Best idea is to lower the exhaust pipe by slipping the two rubber brackets off. Also, a second person to support the opposite end of the receiver until you can get the bolts in is a plus, but it can be done solo.
Just beware for 1st-time installers or those that aren't experts with wrenches: There are two additional bolts that need to be removed, in addition to the tow hooks. They are the ones closer to the back bumper and not currently in use.
Can't wait to get a load on it and really put it to use. Will be towing a 17' bow-rider.
Year into owning. Zero issues with hitch. I've used it for bike rack, uhaul, and kayak trailer. No excessive heavy towing but it hasn't ever given me any reasons for concern.
I was pretty upset with this product I had to buy a $[XX] Porta poswer to bend the bracket on the right side of the hitch because the 3rd hole closest to the front didn't line up

I'm a licensed engineer who got through school working as a licensed mechanic, so I'm usually critical of aftermarket stuff that claims to be "OEM compatible" or "custom fit". I was pleasantly surprised. The hitch fit exactly and installed in less than an hour, could have done it quicker if I had any experience with Hyundai. All parts were high quality and the finished product did in fact look factory installed. I would highly recommend this product.
We are on our way to California! We put a storage rack on it now and in about 4 days we will be hooking out trailer to it to pull our Quad! Love it!

Our trailer hitch has been awesome! We use it alot. Love our purchase. Thank you for getting our hitch to us in time for our Vacation. I love how we can use the storage rack to put our coolers and other items on the hitch. Then we can use the hitch to pull our Quad. Multiple use item. Wonderful!
I have to say..... went perfect. Ordered the tow package and wiring for a 04 Hyundai santa fe and I was ready to have someone install it. Watched the video that came with my order and two hours later I was completely done.

I tell you what you guys make a very good product and it went on my Hyundai Santa Fe just like you said it would with no problems at all, and I put it on my self and Im 73 years old.
The hitch was as easy to install as you claimed! We had a small window to receive the shipment and install the hitch before driving our son to college. Thanks for helping us get it done in time!
The hitch was a little tricky to install--mostly because my bumper had been slightly bent. I have used it several times though pulling my trailer and will say it does its job well!
So far product is installed havent trailer anything yet but will this weekend

Everything is working great Rachael. ... we tow the trailer quite often and have never had any issues with either the hitch or wiring harness... I would highly recommend etrailer to anyone for prompt quality service and parts.
