This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant. The quality of the product and associated hardware is excellent, the instructions are absolute trash. They state that the only vehicle part that needs to be removed is the exhaust system, and that is just to be loosened and lowered. To gain access to the required holes in which to pass your forward mounting carriage bolts through, you might as well drop the gas tank. Even then, there’s internal framework on the passenger side, so you can’t even use that access hole. Another review of this product states the exact same complaint. I had to modify one of the grade 8 carriage bolt into a T bolt just to get it to work in the forward passenger side mounting location. Hopefully the structural integrity is still there. I wish that Curt Mfg would put as much effort into their instructions as they do their products. But you know what they say… wish in one hand.
Tow package was perfect fit for my 95 Pathfinder. Needed slight drilling for a couple of holes in the frame but not a big deal. Wiring package an easy fix.
Very happy with the ordering, delivery and quality of product. Will continue to use etrailer for my trailer needs.
Nice product overall. Fit and finish was excellent. Powder coating looks durable. Only issue was installing the two front bolts and spacers. Both bolts needed to be ground down on two sides into a "T" bolt in order to pass below round tubing that passes through the frame. Once in place hitch is rock solid.
The hitch seems very good, but it does not quite fit 1995 pathfinder. Will probably be able to get it on but requires cutting out a rather large hole on the rail next to the gas tank to get the flange and bolt through.

There should be a hole at the rear of the frame member that will allow you to fish the bolt and blocks through to the mounting holes using the provided fishwire.
relatively easy installation even for a couple of old farts
Excelente product and quality
Great product, fits like it should. Instructions aren't that great, with little detail. Otherwise seems to be a good product
Great product, instructions a little va gue!
Nice fit and finish. Had to be professionally installed in my case (due to the necessary exhaust work). It's a tight fit in the end.
Was easy to install; good price
Thanks for a great product! It is a perfect fit, and easy to install, I highly recommend, THANKS again.

When you are trying to make things fit, its always better to make the hole larger. Some people use a grinder and some use a file. That way the integrity of the bolt and hitch isnt compromised. We are bringing this fitment issue to Curts attention. It looks like you arent the only one having this problem.
