The hitch is working fine. I’m hauling a 17.5 foot fishing boat with my 2004 Frontier.

UPS dropped the ball and the hitch was not delivered on time, but that was not e trailers fault. their part was excellent.
When I went to install the hitch I found that there was welding slag in two of the nuts on one of the nut bars. I had to punch the the slag out and re-tap the nuts. The right side went well, but the left side holes didn't line up. I was able to line them up using 2 C clamps. Then I had to shim my tail pipe down to keep it from hitting the hitch. In all a 30 min job took about an hour.
Finally the hitch looks and works great. I would recommend e trailer for your needs.

This hitch fit! Had to line it up with a bit of muscle power, but it is exactly designed for my 2003 Nissan 4 door long bed. Had to cut the end off my existing threaded ball hitch on the bumper because it got in the way of the 2" hitch box when trying to put it in place, but once we did that, pretty smooth sailing. e-trailer failed to send me one nut, but we had another that worked on hand. For the record, two middle aged women, who had never installed a hitch, installed this. We got it on and bolted up, then took it to the neighbor, who is a mechanic and he used his torque wrench on it. He said it was a sweet hitch and surprised at the value (price).162231

This class III receiver made it to my door in 2 biz days...awesome fast free UPS delivery. It took me about 45 mins to install by myself, would have gone quicker with a helper. A decent tool kit made the install job go smoothly: sockets, extensions, torque wrench and ratchets. Instructions for this no-drill kit were clear, as are the various videos I watched on this site. No pix to share now...it started raining as I was putting away tools. The wiring kit is a project for another day. I appreciate the follow-up emails from etrailer folks too. Installation took less then 20 minutes by myself. No power tooled needed, basic wrenches and ratchets/socks are all that are needed. Lock tight isn't mandatory but something as important as a hitch, why not just put some on, it takes maybe an extra .2 seconds per bolt. The harness that was also purchased was literally a 1 minute install, super easy and great.

This is very durable and well made. It was delivered to me about 4:15 on Thursday evening.Mind you I am 70 years old and don't move as quickly as I use to, but I had it installed with light connections and all by about 6 pm. It was very easy to install great instructions came with it. The hardest thing I ran into was lifting it up to start the bolts and after I got the first two bolts started ( as directed in the instructions) it was a piece of cake.
I would recommend this to anyone and you don't have to be a certified mechanic or even close to being a genius to install it your self. Don't have a picture to include with my review but hope you get the picture from my description.
