Easily stow the ball and mounting platform on this heavy-duty, dual-ball ball mount beneath your hitch for a sleek look when you are done towing. Tow up to 7,500 lbs with the 2" ball or 10,000 lbs with the 2-5/16" ball.
Features:
Specs:
Note: To avoid the Tow & Stow hitting steep driveways or curbs, we recommend at least 11" of clearance between the ground and the lowest point of the drop hitch, as seen above.
The B&W Tow & Stow adjustable ball mount lets you tow a variety of trailers with different tongue heights. Having both a 2" ball and a 2-5/16" ball allows for even more versatility, making this the ultimate go-to ball mount if you own multiple trailers.
To switch the hitch ball, simply remove the pin holding the balls in place and rotate the entire block that the balls are mounted on until the ball you want to use is on top. Then replace the pin to secure the block in place.
Adjusting the height of the ball is just as easy. Remove the pins holding the ball mount platform in place and slide the platform up or down along the shank to the desired position. Once you have found the correct height, reinsert the pins and replace the clips.
When you're not towing, you can flip the ball mount platform around and stow it beneath your hitch so that you won't bang your shins. Just remove the pins to slide the ball platform down along the channel and up the back side so that the hitch balls face towards your vehicle. Then replace the pins.
The Tow & Stow ball mount features a channel that runs along both sides of the shank. This channel not only allows you to slide the ball mount platform up and down to adjust the ball height, but it also prevents removal of the platform when the ball mount is installed, which will help prevent theft of your trailer.
A slot is cut into the adjustment channel near the top of the shank. To remove the ball mount platform from the shank you will need to remove the entire ball mount from your hitch. Then remove the pins that hold the platform in place. Flip the platform around to the stowed position on the rear of the shank, and then slide it up until the center pin lines up with the slot in the shank. Pull the platform out towards the rear of the shank until the pin pops out of the adjustment channel.
When the Tow & Stow is secured in your hitch receiver, you will not be able to remove the ball mount platform. This is because the slot in the shank is positioned in such a way that the collar on your hitch will block the pin on the platform from being able to leave the channel. Even if the pins holding the ball mount platform in place are removed, the platform will still be confined to this channel. So, as long as a hitch lock is used to secure the entire ball mount in your hitch receiver, and a coupler lock is used to prevent your trailer's coupler from being disengaged from the ball, your trailer will be secure.

Today we'll be reviewing part number BWTS10033C. This is the B And W Tow and Stow two-ball-mount for 2-inch by two-inch trailer hitches. Rated at ten-thousand pounds, this ball mount with built-in hitch balls is going to let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. The shank simply slides into the receiver tube of the hitch. It does have two different hitch pin hole locations for your convenience. We'll slide that in there.
We're going to be using the rear pin hole. We'll slide it in there and line up our pin holes, and then we can install the hitch pin and clip, or hitch pin and lock. Those items are sold separately. You can refer to the ball mounts product page under "related items," to view those, or go to our web site and type in part number Pc3. That will refer you to this 5/8-inch pin that comes with the clip that I'm using today.
Once that's installed, then we have the hitch balls that are going to provide good connection points for your trailer coupler. One of the neat features about this system is that it actually has a stowable design. That's going to allow us to store the ball and mounting platform underneath the vehicle. We'll pull the two pins. Before we do that, we'll need to make sure that the hitch ball is in this position. Then we can pull the other pin, rotate it under, and reinstall the pins to secure it in that stowed position.
We've reinstalled the clips on the other side, to make sure it's fully secure. This is going to give us that nice, flush look that we're looking for at the back of our vehicle. It's also going to increase the amount of safety that we have, as we maneuver around the rear of our tow vehicle. To bring our ball mount back out, we can just remove those pins, allow it to pivot, and then choose our mounting location, reinstall the pins, and secure it by installing the clips on the other side. This is adjustable, so we can accommodate the different heights that some different trailers may provide us with, and we can also use the same vehicle. That's one of the great features about having the adjustable height.
That allows us to slide the ball mount platform up and down the shank, and then just secure it in place when we find the application we need for our towing needs. We just install those two pins and secure it with the clips. This has duel process chrome plating on the shank and the hitch balls. It's going to provide excellent rest resistance. It also has stainless steel pins that are going to create sturdy restorative connection points. This entire system is made from a durable steel construction with high yield tubing that's going to offer superior strength. Once again, it is designed to work with two-inch by two-inch trailer hitch receivers. We do have two different sized hitch balls. To rotate between those two, we just remove the pin, and then we can rotate it as needed. We have the two-inch ball that's going to provide us with 7500 pounds of gross towing weight, and we have the 2-5/16-inch ball that's going to provide us with ten-thousand pounds of gross towing weight. Once we have those set, we just reinsert the pin into the hole that's closest to the ball, and secure it with the clip. A couple measurements to go over real quick, if we measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball, and right now I am at that furtherest pin hole, it's going to give us a measurement of about 10-1/2 inches. If we do that same measurement from the pin hole that's closest to the mounting block, that measurement decreases to 9-1/4 of an inch. If I measure the distance from the center of the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the pin holes in the mounting block, again, our furtherest pin hole is going to give us a measurement of about five inches. The closer pin hole is going to measure 3-3/4 of an inch. With it installed in the lowest position, if I measure from the inside top edge of the receiver tube to the ball platform, it's going to give us a maximum drop of 3 inches. We can rotate this over to the rise position, and if I do that same measurement, it's going to provide us with a maximum rise of 3-1/2 inches. That's going to complete today's review of part number BWTS10033C. This is the B and W Tow and Stow two-ball mount rated at ten-thousand pounds. .

Easily stow the ball and mounting platform on this heavy-duty, dual-ball ball mount beneath your hitch for a sleek look when you are done towing. Tow up to 7,500 lbs with the 2" ball or 10,000 lbs with the 2-5/16" ball.Excellent make sure you order the anti rattle with it. I used 2 on my Ford F-150 worked perfect
I love it, tucks up out of the way when not in use.
I use it to pull my 30 ft travel trailer or my atv trailer. Need to keep it greased up or the pond get a little hard to pull out sometimes
The last trailer hitch you’ll ever need....but be sure to bolt it on. The first one I ordered was stolen so I ordered another & bolted it on
Delivered as promised. This is my 5 tow & stow hitch and all are working properly.
This is the Third hitch I have purchased for B&W over the last ten years , all of them are still working hard with no problems. I will buy another next time I need one. Thanks for making an excellent product I can depend on .
Got my order on the day it was supposed to arrive and very happy with the hitch
Product was delivered very timely and was everything that I expected.
Just what I needed. Fast service!
I purchased this hitch for my 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 which has the multiple tailgate. The hitch was in the stow position but still damaged my tailgate when I had the tailgate fully down and used the step feature. it bent the metal and scratched the paint. So please be aware this hitch is not recommended for the 2024 GMC sierra 3500 with multiple tailgate.
I love this hitch. With a locking pin, it stays on my truck all the time. Here’s why:
Height adjustment. This truck was tall when I bought it, so I needed the drop for my trailers to ride level.
3 balls. We have 3 trailers of different sizes and weights, so all 3 balls get used.
And a step! Even when not towing, I use this step to access the bed all the time.
Fits my 3” receiver without an adapter.
Spend the money and you will have no regrets down the road.
Was shipped on time.B&W hitch was fine just missing one pin clip.Box had several holes where pin clip could have fallen out. Looks like it had a rough trip.
I purchased the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black and am extremely happy with it. It was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I shopped. Was delivered quickly and was an easy install. I used it to haul a trailer full of wood that I cut up and it got the job done! It is very heavy duty and takes the place of multiple single hitches. It’s nice to have all the options in one.
Fits perfect on my 2024 GMC1500 AT4. At the lowest setting and showed it fully clears the multi Pro tailgate when lowered. The receiver hitch has about 10” of clearance from the ground, in rocky off road situations I would want to remove it if not towing.
Bought to pull my boat with my Yukon and needed a drop hitch to level out the trailer. I wanted to buy a quality hitch, and let me tell you the B&W does not disappoint. Well engineered. It’s it heavy but when installed it is pretty easy to adjust height and ball size. Also supporting an American company is a plus!
Gone are the days I need to carry three different hitches with different sized balls on them. Gone are the days when I, or others, walked around the back of my truck and cracked their shin on a protruding trailer hitch. I keep this folded up in front of the drop where it's not going to catch anyone by surprise. When I'm ready to use it, I simply pull two pins out which allows it to drop free and rotate out. I choose the height I need and install the two pins/clips. To rotate the balls, again simply pull the third pin and rotate to desired size. It was more than I wanted to spend at the time but since I'm glad I spent the money.
I wish I would have bought one of these years ago. It would have saved me from buying 4 different height hitch receivers. I have a boat trailer that requires me to mount this hitch upside down to get about 2.5in of rise. On the flip side is my utility trailer that requires a 2 inch drop. The kicker is that when I load the truck down with gear and people or load the utility trailer up really heavy, this hitch allows me to kick the ball up or down a notch to keep the trailer level. Also if you ever rent heavy equipment most of the trailers they use will have 2 5/16 ball, so I just flip the ball and I'm in business. Build quality and finish is excellent. I don't keep the mount on all year long but with some judicious use of grease this thing hasn't shown any rust over the past year of use. I am currently using this on a stock GMC Sierra 1500 and I really could have gone with one size down on the hitch drop/rise, but I figured if I ever bought a 3/4 ton truck or a friend with one ever needed to borrow the hitch it would have enough drop to work with that application as well. As it stands the 5in drop isn't too long to cause clearance issues with a half ton GM truck.
For those of you who are wondering about thieves making off with the ball mount - the design of the tow and stow is such that with all the pins removed and the hitch installed on the vehicle, it is not possible to rotate the ball mount off the receiver. Especially if you mount the receiver using the inner most mounting hole. All that is needed is a locking hitch pin and the whole setup is secure.
I've attached a picture of the hitch installed on a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 for reference.
It is exactly what I expected, fast delivery, extremely fine product. I also have a turnover ball from you that is also a B&W product. Thank You, Bob
The 3” drop is perfect for a stock 4x4 Silverado 1500. I can tow my small trailer as well as my full size tandem axle trailer without changing hitches/balls. Just what I wanted.
Love being able to have access to both 2" & 2-5/16" balls without having to haul around 2 hitche's and then the height may not be right.
When I'm not using I can leave it or stow it with very little effort.
