Today we're going to be taking a look at the Paneloc staple. This staple works in conjunction with a hasp and a lock. Both items are sold separately. They're available here at etrailer.com if you're in need. It's made from a very strong and durable stainless steel construction. Stainless steel is highly resistant to rust and corrosion as well.
The base is going to feature four inaudible 00:00:20 mount holes. A few measurements to go over with you real quick regarding the base: that's going to give us a measurement of 1-1/8 by 1 inch. The overall height, measuring from bottom to very top is around 11/16 inch. The diameter of this portion right here, that staple, that's 1/8 inch diameter. The opening, it's going to measure 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch, and the mounting holes on the unit will accommodate number six screws. Mounting hardware is not included.

On further correspondence we discussed that not only do you need a key and lock cylinder core, but you also need the housing and latch parts. I spoke with the manufacturer and they only have replacement parts for keys and lock cores, but NOT the remaining mechanism. The remaining solution would be a hasp lock using the Paneloc # H125-203E hasp with the Paneloc # H110-204U Staple, and a Master Lock # 131D padlock.
