Today, we're taking a look at a replacement trip spring assembly for snow plows. This replaces the trip spring assembly for Fisher snow plows. It's made from a durable steel construction, has a nice protective finish over the whole unit to keep it safe from rust and corrosion. It does come with a brand new bolt and nut for mounting. Now, your trip spring assembly allows your trip edge on the bottom of the snow plow to function properly. Over time, the springs can become damaged or that center shaft area can actually bend and cause the spring to function incorrectly. So this is a whole new assembly, so you have the spring right here and then you have your mount and you have that center shaft area that goes through the spring.
Now, that shaft has three holes in it, so we have these two and then this one. These two right here have a diameter of about 5/16 of an inch. This one has a diameter of about 3/8 of an inch. Just keep in mind, this does not come pre-compressed. Product is made right here in the USA as well. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement trip assembly for snow plows.
Again, this replaces the trip assembly for Fisher snow plows.
