Today we're going to look at the replacement Gear Motor Assembly for a slide out motor assembly. This part will replace the gear motor assembly that's on your Lippert Components Power Gear Slide Out assembly, part number 524179. This motor in the gear will allow you to extend out the slide out on your RV. You can see it does have your electrical connection here, which is a two pin male plug, red and black wire.But that should do it for the review on the replacement gear motor assembly for a slide out motor assembly.

It came very quickly and the product appears to be very good quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is price. Not e trailer fault but damn xxx$. For an electric motor.

I had contacted multiple suppliers, including Jayco, and I couldn't get any help with my motor replacement. When I contacted etrailer, Nicholas was extremely helpful with cross- referencing the part. He was able to supply me with a replacement motor that bolted up perfectly.

This Motor assy was a direct replacment for slide out on our 2006 Allegro Bus. The motor was larger than the original but mountings were the same. The roll pin had to be removed as ours did not use the roll pin. This roll pin was very hard to remove.
The large slide out now works like new.

Great products! It was the exact replacement motor for my motor home. It is very well made and was easy to install. I would definitely recommend this slide motor to anyone needing a replacement motor for their slides. etrailer was very helpful in finding the correct motor for my unit. Over the years I have purchased several items from etrailer and every part was top quality. When I need something , I shop etrailer first. All my orders arrived as scheduled. Service was fast and easy, however the brake actuator was broken when it arrived. I took pictures and advised etrailer. Installation was straight forward without compilation. Motor worked fine. etrailer is working on a discount for the damage. etrailer would ship a new replacement but we are leaving on a trip and don't have the extra time to wait. Hopefully the damage won't interfere with the life of the motor. I will buy from etrailer again

After receiving the motor and getting it installed it works as expected. Purchase was easy and it arrived quickly. Shipping was free. The motor cost more than I expected, but etrailer's price was the cheapest I could find.

Motor is slightly larger than my original slide motor but mounted and cleared all areas needed. Since it’s a larger motor it has more torque and operates slide easily.
