Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at the replacement 12 volt, 18:1 ratio Tuson motor for the Lippert through-frame slide-outs. This will replace the 18:1 Tuson motor on your Lippert electric through-frame slide-out. This also replaces the Thomson motor gearbox part number 7828696. This is a 9,000 RPM high-speed motor, and it is for a quantity of one motor.
You can see it does have the two watt power, or the two wires for connection to power and ground. But that should do it for the review on the replacement 12 volt, 18:1 ratio Tuson motor for the Lippert through-frame slide-outs.

This motor was used on our 4 year old rv to replace a slide out motor. Very glad to have the slide out working again.

The service is excellent- several RV dealers stressed- it would take several weeks to get the part due to the pandemic. After hours of research I found the part on your website. A lot of research by your company that I was getting the correct part and a few dollars for 3 day shipping I had my Forest River Signature Lite slide working in days not weeks. 2007 Homestead 275RBSS the slide motor internal gear finally gave out and broke. I was desperate for a quick repair and found it here at etrailer as a direct replacement.
I chose not to repair the old do to its age and a new replacement was over-nighted the cost was worth it for the shipping as it was a perfect fit and a ten minute job put the slide out back in operation and traveling on.
etrailer is the best they have great descriptions and product knowledge

Replacing the gearbox would be optional and for that you can use part # LG-179015. This is a landing gear motor setup though and not a slide out.
