Today we're going to be taking a look at the Global Link Replacement J38 Roller for RV Slide Outs. This is a replacement roller that helps ensure proper operation of your RV slide-out. Serves as a direct replacement for the roller that is used with your Lippert Components In-Wall slide-out system. It's also designed to be able to work with a variety of other slide-out applications as well. It's a direct surface-mount installation, so it's got the pre-drilled mount holes on it. Mounting hardware is not included. The unit does feature the nylon roller construction, nice strong durable design that's going to last awhile.
The housing, or the bracket, is a steel bracket that has a black powder coated finished on it. When it comes to the dimensions starting with the measurement of just that framing, just that metal bracket, it's going to be about 4 5/8 of an inch. If we include the hardware, it's going to increase it to about 5 3/16 of an inch to 5 1/4. The overall width, that's going to give us a measurement of about 1 3/4 of an inch wide. Then the overall height, so from bottom to very top, measured in at about 1 1/16 of an inch tall. The mount holes on the unit are separated apart from one another on center going this direction by about 2 7/8 of an inch.
Going this direction, about an inch and a quarter. That's going to do it for today's look at the Global Link Replacement J38 Roller for RV Slide Outs.

My package arrived and was torn at the bottom and had no contents! Really!! It was also several days late. Now what was a leisure necessary repair becomes a critical incident as my plans are for this weekend. So the timely reshipping and making the repairs will now play a huge roll in getting the parts and enabling me time to make the repairs in 4 days. I will say that etrailer was quick to respond and say they would immediately reship the item.

Since my last post on 06122023 I received the new shipment on 06142023. Etrailer expedited the replacement and the rollers are perfect. Thank you all so much for such great customer service!! 5 star rating!!!
A lot cheaper than Lippert rollers and work just as well. I had to grind down the bracket tabs so they wouldn't gouge the slideout floor.
Easy to find on the web, good price, awesome shipping time and continued delivery updates. We have always had great service with etrailer!
The rollers are what I expected. They'll work just fine. The 5 stars are for Etrailer service to it's customers.
Good Morning Guys, Dec. 24 2021. Box was ripped opened, I only received 3 out 5 rollers. I requested my next door neighbor to P/U box. I'm out town for Christmas with oldest Son. It would be nice the other two roller could be Del. by 29th. Postage Handling isn't as great as it use to be. I,m sure you will. rec. 5 Stars from me. Thanks, Merry Christmas

used these to fix my bedframe in my slide out. for some reason Heartland decided that two rollers at the end of the bed box frame would be enough. WRONG! i used the new rollers and attached at the back of the framed box that acts as storage. then properly shimmed and secured the frame to the slide platform. that was after i had to fix the roller that snapped of on the slide rail due to to much weight on the box not being properly supported by only two rollers.
Excellent customer service, good prices and fast affordable shipping on these slide rollers. Larger orders would qualify for free shipping.
Product was not in stock but etrailer called AND emailed letting me know when to expect shipment and I received it as promised. Rollers for RV slide are more heavy duty and very smooth. Great bargain from a great company.
Placed these rollers on my slide out on the camper and you can bring it in without damaging the floor coverings,only make sure you have a slide out that can be raised about an 1 1/2" and you won't have any problems afterwards as far as the ordering ,no problem ,shipping is excellent , pricing not to bad and service ,they do an excellent job of tracking your order and making sure it was what you wanted very courteous people ,I appreciate their time and consideration!!!
Received promptly and worked perfectly. Added a set of these rollers to the bedroom slideout in my RV resulting in a huge improvement of a poor design.
This is much better built than the original equipment. I just removed and cleaned the 10 rollers on our RV this past weekend - after looking at those and looking at these i'm already impressed. I'm looking forward to the replacement (as much as you can look forward to hours of fun like that).

Installed the rollers into the old frame and it works great. I also sprayed with Slide lubricant.
Rollers received appear to be as described. I am going to over engineer the slide in system with 7 rollers for a 12ft super slide so hopefully they all stand up to the task. Shipped fast to Canada
I have not used this product as of yet, however it appears that it will do everything I was looking for it to do...........The only complaint I have, is I was ready to install these today to finish my project and I noticed that they did not come with any mounting screws.........unfortunately, being late Saturday, all the stores were closed so I will have to wait a day before completing the job................

It works perfectly on my side out and it now comes in and out with no issues. Sees to be very strong and durable for the couple of weeks I have used them. I am in my camper quit a bit so opening and closing it in bad weather.
