Drop-In Design
This sink has a top-mounted, drop-in design. Drop-in (or self-rimming) sinks are generally quicker and easier to install than undermount sinks, and they can be installed into any countertop material. They also have a lip on the perimeter, so that once the sink is installed, the weight of the sink and its contents are transferred over to the surrounding countertop. This better supports and secures the sink, whereas undermount sinks might fall if not installed properly. In addition, because all parts of drop-in sinks are visible, they are incredibly easy to clean.
Installation
This sink replaces or upgrades your existing bathroom sink. If not replacing an existing sink, a hole 1/4" smaller than the overall length and width of the sink must be cut in the counter top. Once the hole has been made, the sink just drops into place. Brackets and hardware are included to secure the sink to the counter. The use of silicone sealant (sold separately) is recommended.

Bought this sink to replace old yellowed sink in 1994 RV looks great and fit perfectly. Feels more durable than "original" sink and will most likely last the rest of my lifetime with proper care. Pictures are before and after installation of both products we purchased.

Sorry this not what I expected. The size is fine, but I didn't realize it is plastic. I knew it was very inexpensive but had no idea it was so different from a regular bathroom sink.

Excited to have our new sink in bathroom and kitchen!! Found out the hard way that plug in oil air fresheners melt plastic when they leak. (Had stored them in sink when traveling)

The sink was great the Fossett is another story I was waiting for a very long time because my Fossett was on back order without being notified called canceled order reordered with a little more expensive Fossett then received the Fossett I ordered originally in the more expensive faucets box but all is working well thanks

The item arrived on time, well packaged, in excellent condition. Needed to replace the old sink that was installed back in 1991. This new one fit perfectly didn't have to do any alterations at all, just R & R. So much better looking in the Bathroom where the old one was an Off White color but looked like heck after a woman spilled Nail Polish remover or hair dye in the bowl. Everything lined up and fit great very simple process, and no leaks...! =)

I think the sink is beautiful. I think if it was just one sink instead of two it would be better. It also tends to hold on to stains and bleach doesn’t remove them. All in all the product is very good

It's a good little sink. The stopper for the drain is nice, has a rubber seal. The drain extension needs to be glued on or is will fall off.
The only minus is the boss for the screws are not very well reinforced. Had one break and one strip out.
