The liquid in this level will not fade in the sun, so you'll always be able to read it. The large silver ball is easy to see from your rearview mirror as you level your trailer side to side. Use the small bubble level for front-to-back leveling.

Hopkins Never Fade levels maintain their crystal-clear liquid and easy-to-see reflective bubbles over time, providing years of trouble-free use. The colored liquid in a typical bubble level will fade to clear because of UV penetration so that the transparent bubble in the level is hard to see. This makes it difficult or even impossible to read the level. However, the clear liquid in this Never Fade level won't fade in the sun, so you'll always be able to see the large silver ball and the reflective bubble and read the level.
Two-Way Rearview Level
This two-way level helps you level your travel trailer or fifth-wheel trailer both front to back and side to side. Simply bolt the level onto the front of your trailer so that you can see it in your rearview mirror. The silver ball in the larger scale will be visible from your driver's seat so that you can level your trailer side to side from the comfort of your cab. And the small bubble vial on top will help when leveling your trailer front to back. Make adjustments to your RV or trailer until the ball and the bubble are centered between the markings on the level.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Hopkins Never Fade Rear View Trailer Level in black, part number HN04026. Also available in white, part number HN04025. The Hopkins Rear View Level is a spiffy solution for leveling out your RV, camper, or fifth wheel. It features a large scale, so it's easily visible from the rear view mirror. It features a two-way design. It's got a large-scale on the bottom here so you can do your side to side, and the smaller scale on top helps do your front to back. The never fade technology ensures that you'll be able to read your level for a long period of time, and the clear fluid won't fade due to UV penetration.
The large scale uses a reflective silver ball to indicate when level and not level. The small scale uses a reflective bubble. The level is encased by a high-end packed plastic so it's going to be tough and durable. Now that we've gone over some of the features, I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. But first and foremost, we need to make sure that our trailer is level front to back and side to side. Let's go ahead and do our front to back first.
You can see our trailer is out of level, and we just need to come down in the front just a little bit. So what we're going to do is we'll just have a buddy go ahead and lower it down for us and I'll say when. Go ahead. A little bit more. Let's go with that right there.
Perfect. All right now with our front to back level. I'm going to go ahead and take my carpenter's level and do the side to side. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to lay it down on our A frame. As you can see our side to side is slightly out of level.
What we're going to do is have a buddy go around and adjust our stabilizers until we get it level. All right, just a little bit more. Perfect. Now with our camper level all the way around, let's go ahead and take our new Hopkins Rear View Never Fade Level and place it on our camper. All right. We want to make sure since it's a large scale level, we want to make sure that we can see it in one of our mirrors of our vehicle. Now it comes with hardware, so we can run two screws through the holes here for more permanent use. For right now, for our demonstration here today, we're using double-sided tape. It's not a bad idea to do so you can get the level where you want it first. That looks pretty good. Now if this we're a more permanent installation, we could go ahead and run our screws through right now. Once we get our level mounted, it's really easy to do the side to side. However, with the top level, you may need to adjust it so it reads level. You can do that by adjusting this screw right here. This is where- we're just going to turn that slightly until it reads level. Just like that, our level is on and ready to use. That's going to complete our look at the Hopkins Never Fade Rear View Trailer Level in black, part number HN04026. .

This was a replacement for an older Hopkins trailer level. The poor rating is due to the fact that the level will not stay level. Set the level, tightens screws and the nest day the level is off. I believe it is due to the material being plastic
Works great. I've had these before.
Level fit perfect and the camper levelers should work great. Hopefully no more pulling up and backing up with my camper to get it level.
Haven’t had a chance to put it on yet but it’s exactly as described should be just what I wanted, super fast processing and shipping, another god job etrailer.
Not a solid product. Fell apart 2 months after installation.
The sticks and doest floa. so it is useless. It's just a decoration at this point.
