Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the propane T-fitting for small appliances. This is going to connect to a disposable cylinder, and it's going to give you the option of hooking up two appliances to the one cylinder. So, if you wanted to run a gas grill and the lantern or something so that you could see more easily around your campsite while you're cooking dinner, you could do that with one of those small disposable cylinders.We're going to have one female fitting. This is what's going to connect to the disposable cylinder. This is a female number 600 type, or it's sometimes called a one-inch 20 or disposable cylinder port.
So, that's going to thread on to your cylinder valve. That's where the gas will connect into the T.And then the other two ports are going to be male versions of that. They are also the number 600 disposable cylinder port. These do have check valves in them. So, the gas will not be released, flow through when the hose is not hooked up.
So, you won't have to worry about any gas leaks or anything like that.We also include these caps as a secondary safety device, and as a visual reference to show you that everything is closed down, not going to have to worry about any gas flowing through there.With the brass construction, it is going to help resist any rust and corrosion. So, overall I think it's going to be a great way of adding more functionality to those disposable cylinder ports, it's going to allow you to use multiple appliances while you're out camping.
