Jeff Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this 4 1/2 inch long flexible weatherproof LED light strip. Has a cool white color and 150 lumens. Now, this is a nice, thin LED light strip, which will illuminate an indoor or outdoor area with a nice, bright, cool white light. It is great for boats, RV storage, utility or cargo trailers, truck beds, and even service trucks.

You can see it is a very thin, flexible design, which will work great in tight spaces and on irregular surfaces. Now, at the end of this video, I'm gonna hook these wires up to some 12 volt power to show you how bright the light is, but I first wanna go over a few features. Has a military-grade construction of the circuit board, so it uses urethane potting, which gives you better protection than the common epoxy potting. The LEDs they use on this one, it's three premium LEDs, which are energy efficient, long-lasting, and vibration resistant. They are rated for up to 50,000 hours of operation.

This is compatible with 12 volt DC system. The casing is a nice, flexible silicone casing, protects the LEDs against dirt, dust, and water. And you can see it is a peel and stick, surface mount installation using the 3M adhesive backing. There's no drilling required. Now, the two pigtail wires, the power and the ground, they are eight inches long for installation.

Few specs, again, on this, we're gonna measure the length of the light. It's 4 1/2 inches. The width of it is only half an inch. And the thickness of it is 3/16 of an inch. Again, this has three diodes.

The light output, 150 lumens, and the input voltage, nine volts to 14 volts. So, what we're gonna do now, hook it up to some power. And once we get it hooked up, turn on our power. And you can see with the power on, there's your bright three LEDs. We're gonna go ahead and turn off the overhead lights, and that'll give you a very good idea of how bright they are in the area that they light up. Very bright 150 lumens. We'll go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. Go ahead and turn off our power.
