Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a 24 LED strobe warning light. This oval, LED recessed strobe light features 24 bright, LEDs in an impact resistant plastic housing. It has 12- to 24-volt power range, and includes a mounting grommet. And the PL-3 plug and wiring for installation. It features an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance. This light helps you stay visible while on the road.
It can flash six times per second, and multiple strobe lights can be synchronized by connecting the black wires, which the wire is your sync wire. This part number comes with one light.LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights. They last longer. They burn brighter, and they're more efficient. With LEDs you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs.
And you don't have to worry about brittle filaments. Again, it features a three wire design, so your white wire's your ground wire. Red wire's your power wire. And black wire is your sync wire. It's SAE J595 Class II rated.
When it comes to the measurements of just the light, so just measuring the lens area, measures about 6-1/2 inches by 2-1/4. You cut out, at the installation area, needs to measure 6-3/4 inches by 2-1/2 inches.We're going to go ahead and hook it up to power, that way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it. And then we'll also turn off our overhead light, so you can see it in a lower light setting. So you can see here, this light sends out a nice, bright, consistent signal. It features 24 diodes, or 24 LEDs, so the multi diode design really helps optimize the overall light output.
