Today we're going to be taking a look at the Snap-Loc E-Track Cam Buckle Strap with the soft loop. This measures 2 inches wide, 16 feet long, it's going to have a 1,000 pound safe working load limit, a 3,000 pound break strength. The part number on it is SLLS216CER. Something that really stands out to me about this strap, it's going to be the hook and loop style straps here. They're going to help keep this contained. As you can see, it's not going to come out, it's not going to be unruly. A lot of times, we get our straps rolled up like this, we set them down, two seconds later, it's just a big knot again.

I like having that there to keep our strap nice and tidy, so it's easy and accessible when we need to get to it. You'll see here, we're going to have two E-TracK style or Snap-Loc style connectors. These are going to go right into any existing E-Track or Snap-Loc connections that you have and it really takes a lot of the work out of strapping things down. Used to, we'd have the hooks, they'd hook in, we'd move to the other side, the hook would fall out, we're back and forth trying to get everything tight. That's not going to be the case here, this is going to hold it's position and we're not going to have to worry about it coming out. Another great thing, fully zinc coated on both of our E-Track buckles and our cam buckle here. It's going to give us superior corrosion resistance, it's going to have a nice loop end.

It's going to give us leverage when we want to pull and really get that cam buckle nice and tight, but it's also going to allow us to make a cinched loop, if we want to go around something and give us a good, soft tie point location. You'll see here, we've got one side already connected into our E-Track. Nice, sturdy connection point we won't have to worry about. We're going to secure today just a little trash can, to give you an idea of kind of how it works, but with 16 foot of length, you can imagine. This is really going to take care of a lot of cargo control issues. We'll just bring our strap around whatever it is we want to hold, place our other end down and in, rotate it and then just allow it to come up and lock into position there.

Then it's just a matter of, like any other cargo strap, just pulling our cam buckle nice and tight, give us a good sure grip to keep whatever it is. Whether it's like today we're using a trash can, refrigerator, antiques, whatever it is we want to secure and keep it from moving around so it's in the same position when we get where we're going. This is going to handle that. For the excess strap, we can just wad this up and we can put it right back in our strap holder and this is going to keep it from flailing around inside of our trailer here if we're using it on an open trailer. This is going to keep it from flapping around in the wind, making a bunch of noise. That can also cause fraying and damage to your strap.

When we get where we want to go, we'll just release our excess strap there and then lift on the handle until we hear it pop. That's going to indicate that we can get all the slack that we need, unhook our connections here, and store it away until we need it next time.
