Jeff: Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at @etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this GSI outdoors glacier stainless steel nesting wineglass. Now this will let you enjoy your favorite wine at your campsite or RV park, with this nice stylish stainless steel wine glass. The top hole is a stainless steel construction, resists rust and corrosion. And the base is a nice, non-slip hard plastic base. It's designed to grip any surfaces.
A nesting feature on this allows you to remove the stem and snap it into the bowl for compact storage. Just to show you how to do that is you just unscrew the bottom, take the base out. And once you get it fully removed, you just flip the bowl over and you can see there's three edges there, have lips to them. You just push that on there and it stores it just like that for nice compact storage.This glass does hold 10.8 fluid ounces. It is for a quantity of one glass.
Give you a few dimensions when this is in the stored position like it is now. The overall height from the bottom to the very top, 4 3/4 inches tall. The diameter at the base and right up here is about the same. It's going to be right at 3 inches in diameter. Now, before you open it up and put it back together into the regular glass, this part here of course will stay 3 inches.
The top portion, the diameter on that is going to be right at 2 1/4 inches. And the overall diameter from the bottom to the top is right at 7 3/8 inches tall.But that should do it for the review on the GSI outdoors glacier stainless steel nesting wineglass..

I am really enjoying this glass as an addition to my camping/picnicking/travel gear. I have tried to get on board with the whole stemless idea... cannot do it! I have also tried other types of unbreakable wine glasses. They all feel cheap, and do not stand the test of time for quality, looking etched and scratched after a trip or two. This is the second glass I've purchased, so I have one for a guest. The stem stored inside the bowl is ingenious. This glass is stable, even on what passes for level at a campsite. The base even fits in the cup holder on the side table of my favorite camp chair. I use it in the backyard, no broken glass to worry about with a rambunctious dog or child about. Picnics, camping, neighborhood potlucks, even everyday, thus was a nice addition to my lifestyle.

I’m going to send this back. When I was disappointed that it was made in China. But the main thing was that it was listed as a glass top on the lid. That was why I didn’t get one from the other company. I was really disappointed when I got it. But I’m going to return it.

Great size for group of 4-8 coffee drinkers. Well constructed and sturdy.
It is a great little coffee percolator. Since it is very difficult to find "coarse ground" coffee, you will want to poke a hole in a standard flat bottom coffee filter and put it in the basket unless you like fine grounds in your coffee.
