Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this GSI Outdoors 750 milliliter Soft Sided Wine Carafe. Now you can bring your wine with you to the campsite without the weight or the fear of the bottles breaking by using this soft wine carafe. It is a nice, innovative BPA free soft sided bag, has a nice two-stage tethered cap up here. And when you twist this one, it gives you a nice wide mouth for filling, and then once you get it filled you can take off this bottle cap and it's a small mouth for mess free dispensing.Also, what's nice on this bag is if you look on the back here at the very bottom, they do have a place that's a rewritable date bar that'll allow you to record vintage and uncorking date. So when you put your wine in here, you can write the time you put it in there to let you know how old the wine is.
And it is erasable so you can inaudible 00:00:57 write the date on there every time you use it. Also, I don't know if you can see but all the way it goes up here it lists the proper storage temperatures of different types of wine in Fahrenheit and Celsius.Again, it is designed to hold 750 liters, which is 25.4 ounces. And that's the size of a standard bottle of wine. A few dimensions on this, the weight of it is about 1.3 ounces when it's empty. The length is about six inches.
The width of this when you fill it up is about one and three quarter inches, and then the height on this is going to be right at the very top of the cap, 11 and a quarter inches tall. Again just to show you . And it's tethered on so you won't lose the cap. So either way, if you take off the wide portion, or if you unscrew the small bottle cap at the top, either way it stays tethered.
