Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the AceCamp line of collapsible water jugs. So these are a great way to bring a lot of water with you without having any added extra bulk, especially we don't want to have too much weight. If you get like a whole pallet of water bottles, those eight ounce water bottles, typically they're going to be really bulky and only give you so much. It is kind of nice cause you can pass it out individually, but if we're going to be at a big group, this is a great way to save some space and save some weight.I think these are going to make a great addition to any kind of tailgating party. If you're going to be picnicking, maybe bring these along with you on a rafting or a float trip somewhere here in Missouri, we float trip every summer.

It's a really big deal. So having a lot of water with you is very important, especially if you're going to be having any alcoholic beverages with you. So staying hydrated is very important in the summer, and this is a great way to allow us to do that. We're going to have four different sizes. They're pretty much all the same. They are made out of a PTE and BPA free materials.

So they're just going to be a nice food grade plastic. We don't have to worry about anything leaching into that water, but they are going to be really lightweight. So they're not going to be super rugged, not really for somebody who's going to be backpacking in, unless you're bringing a lot of gear with you and you are already ready to like pack down.Maybe if you've got some kind of cart or you got, some kind of vehicle to bring the things along. I think that would be great for these, but they really will ride best. If may be a cooler or something like that.

The handle that is attached on the top of all. These guys are more for pouring out rather than lifting them and carrying them for a long way. I think they do great on maybe a short hike or a picnic or something like that, but not on a five, 10 mile trek.So we can take a closer look at them. I have these guys filled with air and this one is actually filled with water. So they will look a little bit different for these three when they are filled with water a little bit more rounded out like the sky, but just to kind of give you an idea of how tall these sit when they are filled up most of the way.

So we can take a little closer look at this guy here. That's full of water. So as you can see, that handle does make it easy to transport, but it's a kind of thin material. So I just would be a little bit scared of using that to transport it the whole time. Really it's going to make it easy to pour out the water. We've got our spigot, which is going to make it nice to fill up our water bottles. So this is my own personal water bottle. Just to give you an idea of how that's going to work. So we opened up that spigot and our water will come out, fill it up as much as you want and then close it up. So no spills saves us water makes it really easy to fill up each individual water bottle as you want.I said, no spills and then I spilled. So, but it's not going to be super messy as far as getting that water out or in all. I think these are a really great addition to any kind of outdoor activity. Like I mentioned, as far as the capacity, let's go over those real quick. So on the one end, my smallest one, it's actually full of water. This is a five liter and then we've got eight liters, 10 liters, 15 liters. Now one liter of water weighs about 2.2 pounds or one kilogram. So it's kind of easy if you're doing metric to metric, but for this guy, five liters is going to amount to 11 pounds. The eight liters is going to amount to 17.6 pounds. 10 liters is going to be 22 pounds, and finally our big guy here the 15 liter, that's going to be 33 pounds. So just giving you an idea of how heavy those will be when they're full of water, might be a little bit different if you're filling it with something else, maybe some other libations or juice or something like that, but for the most part, it's probably going to be about that same weight of water. As far as the rough size, each of these are going to be kind of square as far as the size, from what I can tell. So this one's about nine inches by about nine inches, and then about 10 by 10, this one's flattened out a little bit, but when I was looking at the before is about 11 inches by about 10 and a half, and then our big guy here say about 13 or 14 inches by about 12. So just giving you a rough idea of the capacities of each of those, the way to expect whenever they are not in use, they do flattened down really nicely. So you can see that would be what it looks like when it's all flattened down. That's going to be the same for all of them. That's kind of the dice design with this is that there is an accordion style. So they flattened down once they're empty and makes it easy to pack up and hit the road. Well, I hope this has been helpful in deciding if these guys are the right choice for you, and thanks for watching, we'll see out there on the trail.

Adequate and inexpensive. Hard to fill and tends to roll off the picnic table.
