Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the AceCamp folding basin. This is a nylon basin, so it's going to be very lightweight and watertight. This does have a reinforced base to make sure that we're not going to have to worry about any leaks or anything. And then on the seams here, these are welded.
So that's going to be a superior way of binding the two pieces of nylon together. So that's going to be nice and watertight. So that's going to be very durable for us. We also have handles on either side so that we can easily carry this, whether we're using this as a basin to wash dishes in at the campsite, or to pull water out from the creek or something like that. Whatever we're using this for, we're going to be able to easily carry it, either with two hands or with one hand.
So we have a free hand if we need it.One of the really nice things about this is that it is collapsible. So it can fold down to much smaller size so that we can easily take it along with us if we're going on a hiking trip or something like that. We just twist it. And then it comes with this carrying case that we can put it in. And this is nice, compact, very easy to throw it in your book bag or a backpack, wherever you're going so that you can have something like this to hold water, get water up from the stream, or wash your dishes in, or just use it to bathe ...
whatever you're using the water for, you'll have a easy way of holding it.And then when you're ready to use it, just pull it out and it's ready to go. It's very, very lightweight, so it's not going to add much weight to your backpack. Obviously when you're hiking long distances, every ounce matters. So having something like this is going to be a much better option than like carrying around a pot with you or something that's going to be a lot heavier. So if you're looking for a nice, lightweight, compact way of gathering water, this is going to be a great option for you.
