Hey everybody, Jared with etrailer.com Today I want to take a look at the GSI Outdoors Glacier Toaster. Now you can enjoy some warm bread and bagels or other tasty food at the campsite with this lightweight toaster. It is made of stainless steel construction, and it resists rust and corrosion. And no matter what heat source you use in order to toast your toast, you can use this fine steel mesh which distributes heat evenly to toast it. Now how this works is simply you put it over a heat source, apply one piece of bread on here, toast it away, flip it over, toast the other side, side by side. Bring on another piece of bread, tut a piece of toast on here, flip it around toast the other side, and away you go, you have two pieces of toast for a sandwich.
It's fantastic. Now, I do like the idea that this will store easily. And it is very lightweight. It does weigh 6.24 ounces. It will store nice and easily simple like that.
It has this perfect little storage bag included. And if you take a look at it once in the storage bag, it makes it a really low profile and you can hide this wherever the heck you need to. Assembly is just as fast as I disassembled it. Take that storage case outside. All that I have to do is open it up how it collapses on itself.
I can open it up through there. There's a stabilizer on this side, push that forward, pull the handle out and away we go. I get some dimensions here while we're looking at it. And from this side here we can see that the overall length is 6 and a 11/16 inches long. It is 6 and a 11/16 inches wide and it stands at a 1/2 tall.
