Replace a worn-out or lost gas tank tie-down strap or secure your gas tank on your boat with this tie-down strap. Includes mounting hardware.

- Constructed of sturdy polypropylene webbing with strong plastic buckle

- Includes 2 zinc footman loops and 4 rust-resistant stainless steel screws

Items were delivered quickly, I installed the trailer springs, new tire and rims yesterday. which went very smoothly because I had seen the video on line. Great company to deal with and great products. I have a 3500 lb trailer with 3500 lb springs carrying a 1500 lb boat and motor, which caused the trailer to bounce around a lot (boat was too light for the trailer), so I changed to 2500 lb springs and now have a smooth ride and less bouncing.

The boatbuckle brand gas tank tie down straps are a great gas tank securing solution, very easy to install and use and at a very low price. You can get these just about anywhere, but you can only get the great price and excellent service I got from etrailer.com - above and beyond is an understatement for these people.

I bought this to replace the plastic buckle tie-down strap on my trailer battery. I found another solution that was unique to my needs, so I have not used the strap. It appears to be high quality and I will eventually find a use for it.

- Availability of Strap For Battery BoxPowerhouse doesn't offer the strap as a separate item, but the BoatBuckle Gas Tank Tie-Down Strap, part # IMF05352 would work fine for you although it's going to be a bit longer than you need. You'll probably need to trim some of the length. To keep the nylon from unraveling, use a flame to melt the end of the strap. The strap measures 1-1/2 inches wide by 6 feet long.
