Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a look at Taylor Made's Double Decker dock bumper. This is a three foot long by 5 1/2 inch wide and two inch thick foam bumper that is going to attach to your dock, so that it provides a little bit of extra cushion to help your boat from being damaged as you're docking. And this one is unique in that it is a Double Decker as Taylor Made calls it, so you're gonna get double the protection. And it has a durable, closed cell foam that is going to absorb the impacts.
And it is flexible enough that it can mount to curves and corners, so it's gonna be able to easily fit along the side of your entire dock. And this outer layer is a UV resistant, non-marring polyester. Kind of feels like a thick sweater. And it's very soft but it's gonna be thick and durable. It's not gonna mark up your boat, or it's not gonna fade in the sun either.
It's gonna be very easy to clean with soap and water. so if it does get a little bit dirty, or dingy looking, or it gets some algae on it, it's gonna be very easy to clean up. Now, this bumper has a one inch top and bottom flap that's going to allow you to install this on the side of your dock. The top flap here can be folded over or behind the bumper for a nice clean look if you would like to mount it that way. Th mounting hardware is not included, but you should be able just to use some stainless steel screws to screw this right onto your dock and it'll hold into place.
