Wheels and handles make it easy to maneuver.This is a great product and as a long distance bicyclist it will serve me well. The case arrived in short order, but one of the feet was damaged. I informed etrailer and no problem. The replacement part was sent no questions asked and case works just fine. I recommend this case as a great way to transport your bike.
I placed this order for our customer, who is planning a trip with his ebike (electric mountain bike) Naturally, I wanted to remove it out of the box to make sure all was well. Here are my thoughts...
This is fantastic quality. It's very sturdy and has the kind of texture that it won't get damaged with dirt, etc while traveling on the road. Since I had read comments about the wheels, I knew I needed to test them. I don't see what everyone is complaining about, because these wheels were not only sturdy to take the weight of the bike, the case moved swiftly and smoothly.
As for etrailer... They have one of the best customer service and account managers that I have known. My customer had given me a short turnaround time, so I was worried the case wouldn't get here on time. No worries there either. Both Nicky and Melissa were watching to make certain that my case shipped on time, which I greatly appreciate. We ONLY purchase hitches, bike racks and now bike cases from etrailer.com! They have a lot of stiff competition out there, but they are superior. One of the things that does set them apart is the excellent technical information and videos! If we can't install a hitch, we recommend that they have their vehicle mechanic watch the video to insure they do it right the first time.

After a year the bike case is working great. Very durable and easy to use. I highly recommend this case.
