How to Install Replacement Latches on Yakima Rocketbox 12 Pro
I spoke with my contact at Yakima and this is what they sent me in regards to the replacement latches for the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 12: Those latches are riveted in place, so if someone needed to replace them and wanted things to look stock they would need access to a rivet gun. Either that or they could just bolt the latches into place. Not as pretty, but that should get the job done.

In recent years Thule has completely redesigned their square bar roof racks so you'd need to upgrade everything to install a square bar roof rack on your 2015 Honda Accord with part # TH712400, # TH710501, and # TH145208.

To replace the latch on the Yakima SkyBox 18 Rooftop Cargo Box item # Y07336 you will want the Replacement SuperLatch Handles for Yakima SkyBox Cargo Boxes item # Y8880348. This comes with two latches so that you can replace both and have matching lock cores. They're not sold individually and are the only latches available for the item # Y07336.
