Today, I'm going to take a look at the Adjustable Shank for Torque Lift Super Hitch trailer hitches. This has a 20,000 pound weight capacity. Now this Study Shank will slide into your Torque Lift Super Hitch Dual Receiver trailer hitch, provides a variety of levels and attachment points for a standard weight distribution head. This will work with all standard weight distribution systems and features industry standard bolt pattern with three-quarter inch diameter holes. This will also with other various accessories, such as the Torque Lift Magnum Pinto Hook Mounting Plate, which we do sell separately on our website, it's part number TLM9002. This is an adjustable design, allows for a drop or a rise to fit your application. This is a powder coated steel, which is very sturdy and corrosion resistant.
Now it does require hitch pins and clips or hitch locks to attach this to your trailer hitch. We do sell those separately. This part is made in the USA. gonna take a ruler here and measure . the overall length is going to be right at 12 and 3/4 inches. The overall height at the tallest point is going to be 12 and 1/2 inches. As we mentioned, the bolt hole diameters is three-quarters of an inch. And the distance between the bolt holes if we go center to center is going to be right at one and a quarter inches. This gives me peace of mind when towing a heavy load (18,000) using it in conjunction with the TorkLift SuperHitch. There is plenty of height adjustment so it matches up to my dump trailer perfectly.

- Which Torklift Weight Distribution Shank Works with Reese WD HeadsI checked with Torklift and the # TLM9000 and # TLM9001 are designed to fit the standard weight distribution systems like your Reese. It has the 3/4 inch holes and the distance between them of 1-1/4 inches. Some of the Torklift shanks use larger diameter holes and would not work with a Reese head but this one does. The part # TLM9011 is an example of a shank that would not work with a Reese head.
