If it had't been for great service from Rose, I never would have found the parts I needed. While they were just small replacement parts for a Thule kayak rack, it made a big difference to me. We hunted through several schematics until we found just what I needed. Great service and timely delivery.

I finally got this to replace the knob that fell out of my Hullavator. The package was sent out immediately by Etrailer but the post office took 12 days to deliver it. On the other hand, it was hardly an emergency. I was a little worried when I looked at the knob that the bolt was too small, but in fact, it fit perfectly.
Product was exactly as described and performs perfectly. Customer service from etrailer was excellent. They followed up with me on questions in an accurate, professional and patient manner.
