I checked with Thule just now and the correct part number for a replacement top cradle assembly for your Thule Hullavator 897XT is the part # 7521771001 that you referenced so this would be exactly what you'd need.

I also searched for the part number you mentioned and couldn't find anything.

For that part number you'd need the # 753-0783-08.
