Delivered quickly, in good condition so very happy indeed.
I got this as a replacement when one of my cradles came loose and was lost while driving. Even thought it doesn't match my others (black vs. silver), it has worked well and my hullavators are still going strong!
It took awhile for the items to arrive but nothing due to etrailer. Then I moved and put a money wrench in the works but you guys recovered well and sent everything to my new address...thank you!

Excellent customer service from Greg at etrailer. Difficulty getting parts from Thule during pandemic. Called many companies who told me they don't have it, can't get it. Only Greg at etrailer offered to put me on waiting list for part, expecting it in Sept. Arrived Aug 4th, only 4 days after notified of shipped.
