Today, we're going to take a look at the Taylor Made three-piece adjustable support pole for boat covers. Now this boat cover support pole will help extend the life of your boat cover. Basically what happens is when you install your boat cover on your boat, it normally just lays over the top of your boat and protects the interior of the boat from any weather. Well, what happens when it rains, is that rainwater will accumulate in any low spots, and the weight of that rainwater will push down on your cover and form pools of water that could damage the cover over time. So this three-piece aluminum support pole will allow you to just prop up the pole underneath the boat cover and create a slope to allow the water to run off. The support pole is in three pieces, and it can adjust to anywhere from 22 inches all the way out to 51-1/2 inches.And it can be adjusted at any length just by once you find your length, you just twist the pole, and it'll lock it in place.
Same here. You just twist it, and then it won't move anymore. And then if you want to just unlock it, there's two areas. You just unlock it and it'll come completely contract here. It does have rubber tips you can see on both ends, so that when you do install this, it can keep from damaging your boat or your cover.
But then again, if you want to extend it out, just pull it out. And then again, just twist a little bit and it'll lock it into place. And then to unlock it and slide it back in. And again, just to measure it for you, completely retracted it's going to be right at 22 inches. And if we fully extend it all the way out, it is going to be right at 51-1/2 inches.
