The product seems ok, however, I was forced to put extra holes in my RV to accommodate this Universal part. This part would not be a direct installation as the mounting holes did not align with my Brand name RV. Hopefully not creating a dangerous situation.

Since it is a universal part, it will be safe to use as long as it was installed on a flat surface. Testing the handle to make sure it has not loosened up from time to time would be a good idea.

Easy to install and use. Does what it's supposed to. My wife and I are getting old. This hand rail makes it a lot safer using the steps. Before I installed the railing my wife slipped on the steps suffering a bad broken ankle. Two plates, a lot of screws, and a lot of pain in her ankle could have been prevented.

The grab handle came on time and is exactly what was needed to replace the original handle on our camper which broke. Handle quality is excellent and it was installed and looks great.

These grab bars don't survive very well when left in the out position while backing through garage openings! Tends do damage them! This one is an exact replacement that was priced very reasonably and arrived two days after ordering. Typical great service from etrailer.com. Haven't installed it yet but know it will work great when I do. Will try not to repeat the act that damaged the first one!!!!!

The handle is a good value. It installed easily and appears to be very solid. My previous handle had more than double the mounting screws and I was uncertain that just four would do the job but they did. The foam section is fairly short. I would prefer that more of the handle was covered with padding for better grip. I will add rubber tape so that the entire handle is covered.
