How Does a Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle Install
Question:
The lower section of the grab Handle is loose and needs to be tightened or a back brace needs to be installed. I do now know the technique used remove or tighten the bracket

The Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle # AM-300 that you referenced installs with 2 screws on each mounting bracket. If you look at the brackets you should see 2 holes that screws will go through and then screw into your trailer.
To remove or tighten these screws you will just need to get a Philips head screw driver and tighten/loosen the screws.
