Hey everybody, Jared with etrailer.com. Today I wanna take a look at the Valterra SewerSolution Macerator System for RVs replacement hose connector assembly. Now this will replace the original quick connector and adapter, which let you secure the hose flush to the jet nozzle and that accommodated the three fourths inch external hose. Now, this will still connect to your three fourths inch extended hose, and the biggest difference that I'm noticing here is that it does have a little bit beefier connector to the backflow preventer. Now, the backflow does help protect fresh-water supply from being contaminated. And when you put that external hose on here, it does need to have a nice, beefier section here to grab onto.
And therefore, if we take a look at our Macerator System here for RVs, this will then connect to our pump head. All right. That's a nice, solid fit. And I do think it seems a little bit beefier than the original adapter itself. All right.

Ordered to replace the original and use it very often. Especially in parks with distant sewer hookup’s. Did have a problem using Sewer Solutions at a KOA once . The park manager thought it was wasting water because the second hose being used. All the while other campers used additional hoses to clean out after dumping. I guess ignorance is bliss. Great product though I’ve used it since 2014
I ordered this product hoping to replace the existing part that wore out over time. It is actually better that the one I replaced.

I have used this system for over 4 years of constant travel around the US and it has never failed, is the cleanest and most efficient manner to drain waste tanks.
I've used the SewerSolution Macerator System for the past 7+ yrs. and have found it to be extremely reliable and very easy to use. Currently, I use 2, ten-foot sections coupled with 2, 25 ft. sections for a total run of 70 ft. on a slight downhill slope to evacuate my Black/Grey tanks and all works well!
This replacement quick connect hose works much better than the one that came with my original purchase back in 2016. Having the sewer solution at home makes it so much easier to maintain my holding tanks.
Like the product, just wish etrailer had competitive shipping with [online].
There part that I ordered replaced the original part that leaked did not perform any better
The mfg should have used brass fittings and changed more for the upgrade
Other than that the unit works fine
I will purchase another unit shortly but I will change the valve system before I use it
Used to replace a part lost after selling old trailer and purchasing new one. It fits perfectly and works as it should.

New plastic connection hookup. Hose connection leaks. Had replaced previous plastic with brass, but it doesn’t fit new water jet connection. After 12 years, very disappointed.
