Whatever electrical system you choose, you'll need a cord to connect electricity between the motorhome and the towed car. Roadmaster electrical cords are water, oil and chemical resistant while the plugs are injected with silicone to prevent corrosion.

Today we're going to look at the Roadmaster six-way straight cord kit. When you flat tow a vehicle you're going to need this cord kit to connect the lights on your tow vehicle to the vehicle lights that are on the vehicle that being towed. These electrical cords are water, oil, and chemical resistant while the plugs are injected with silicone to help prevent corrosion. Does use the six-way round trailer connector.These are designed for use on tow bars that use cable channel guides, for example like the all terrain model tow bars. This is a straight cord, so you don't want it dragging so you run it along the cable channel guides on the tow bar. The cord is six wires.
It uses four 16 gauge six wires and two 14 gauge size wires. It does come with these two six-way round connectors, one for each vehicle. You can see if you pop the cover off, there's where you connect to your one vehicle, wired in, and this connects to your other vehicle and then you'll just use these six-ways to plug it in to make the connection.It includes two of these six-way round connectors, one for each vehicle. One cord with the six-way round trailer ends. Now, to mount these, the mounting brackets are not included, you would have to buy those separately.

This cable is great for All-Terrain towbars that have a side channel to hold the cable. Includes both ends which is good for first time installations or conversions to the six pin cable system.
