Today we're going to be taking a look at the easy grip assist handle from Polar Hardware. The aluminum construction of the handle is going to make the handle very light weight as well as strong and durable and highly resistant from rust and corrosion. The diameter of the handle is going to be about one inch. Here on the backside it's got these little indentions, these are finger indentions, that simply allow for an easy grip design. Now your mounting hardware is not included but there are a few measurements I want to go over with you real quick. I do want to point out there's going to be two mounting locations, so one right here and then another one right here.
Pre-drilled, ready to receive mounting hardware and be installed on whatever application you want to use this on. The overall length of the unit, measuring from end to end, that measurement is going to be right around twenty two inches. The distance between the mount holes, measuring on center, pretty close to twenty and one quarter. The diameter of the mount holes are going to measure three eighths of an inch. The width of the mounting area, that's going to measure about an inch and a half. Then the grab area, you can see right here that it has a nice large area, to easily get your hands in there and use the handle.
If we take a measurement from right here, in front of the curve to the same point on the other side, that's going to give us a measurement of about twelve inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the Polar Hardware easy grip assist handle.

I am very happy to say that the quality of the material that was used and the workmanship of the "Easy Grip Assist Handle" is superior by far. The pipe has a good thickness and feel, and the stainless is polished nicely. I would easily recommend buy this item again, thanks

Additionally, it does not have a weight rating specifically because of how it attaches (via hardware, which also would affect any rating). Going with fine threaded bolts and nuts to fit this size would be the way to go. I can't give you a length recommendation as that depends on how thick the area you are trying to install the handle to is. So you'd have to measure first.

- Handle for Horse Trailer for Easier to Get In and Out ofHardware is not provided with the Easy Grip Assist Handle # PLR6612-A since most applications are unique enough that one set of hardware would not fit every application well. You would not need a gasket setup either. Another option you might like is a larger folding handle like the Stromberg Carlson part # AC-530 which is much bigger. I attached an install video for this as well.
