Product as described and holding up well
exactly as described.
Pre-drilled holes do not line up with standard trailer light mount. The mounting plate was not large enough to clear the bottom of the light to hang license plate without being obstructed by the trailer light.
I bought a license plate mount bracket and some wire frame clips for my trailer. The items are exactly as pictured online, and made of steel so they shouldn't rust. I haven't installed them yet, so can't comment on that. But I buy from etrailer because they always have what I need, at a fair price, with very prompt delivery.

The license plate mount bracket is installed now and working great. I had no trouble mounting it, and its off to the side now and mounted on the up side rather than the down side, so it shouldnt get scraped off like my last one! The wire frame clips actually are rusting, so I guess I was wrong about that though.
Well we took the trailer out of service right after the parts arrived and they have not been installed. But we appreciate the great and fast service and no mix up on the payments. Thanks for being there.
Nice product! I bought it for a project trailer, but have changed focus, and am working on a different trailer, so it isn't installed yet. Looks like just what I need tho!
Both brackets were exactly what I expected and a very good value for the money. I modified and cobbled them together to create a mount bracket for a third brake/running light behind the rear license plate of a classic car/street rod.
Had to modify the mounting holes for a standard brake/turn/light assembly. Very thin metal. This was the second product I have ordered from e-trailers that was not quite as described. I do like the fact you have a wide range of parts on hand though.
This plate bracket is a thin piece of stamped metal. The mounting holes are not spaced properly as to place on a usual tail light bolt. I wanted something sturdy to hold the license plate - this bracket ISN'T it.
Completely functional provided you don't forget the proper license plate mounting hardware in a flush-mount application! eTrailer has the hardware - just order LP52HP!
I bought this product to replace the poor-quality plastic license plate bracket that broke on my trailer. It's made of sturdy steel and powder coated to help prevent rust. It works great and was a snap to install.
this one was a little thin and flimsy for my liking...but I installed it anyway hoping it will be stronger than plastic or polymer versions....had to drill some holes to align with the light but it was easy to do. Time will tell if it holds up.
Will be a perfect replacement for my RV plastic license plate holder. Sturdy metal will be easy to mount.

Oops, this is the one I had to modify, not the plastic one. I wanted a hard metal holder and after drilling 2 new holes, it works fine.
Sturdy and expected. Still hanging on after giving it a solid beating over the course of the last year.

I'd recommend a plastic version. A bit thin for my liking. It will bend easily.
