Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement locking knob screw for the MaxxAir MaxxFan and MaxxFan Deluxe roof vents. This is for a quantity of one replacement locking knob screw. And, again, this will replace the locking knob screw on the MaxxAir roof vents. Works on these part numbers. It works on the MaxxAir MaxxFan part number MA00-04000K or the MA00A04301K, and it also work on the MaxxFan Deluxe, which is part number MA00-06401K.
All those roof vents we do sell separate on our website. Basically, this screw here is what'll hold the locking knob to your MaxxAir Fan. It's designed to go through the locking knob shaft, and the threads on the end here will thread into the lift operator. A few measurements on there. We'll give you the length.
If we measure the length, it's gonna be from under the head to the very end. So, you can see if we do that, it's gonna put it right at 2 3/4 inches length. The threaded portion, which is just at the end section there, is gonna be right at 3/4 of an inch. (ruler thudding) But that should do it for the review on this replacement locking knob screw for the MaxxAir MaxxFan and MaxxFan Deluxe roof vents.

Replaces 1 locking knob screw for your MaxxAir MaxxFan (MA00-04000K or MA00A04301K) or MaxxFan Deluxe (MA00-06401K) roof ventsExact replacement for the original which was surely overtightened by the dunce that installed the vent at the camper factory causing it to fail. I used a small, left handed drill bit to extract the broken piece from the opening stem. Contrary to another reviewer, this is not an obscure metric screw. A regular 8-32 x 3" pan head would work just fine for a couple of bucks for a pack of several. This has the captive washers so that's nice. As always, great service from Etrailer!
