Replacement Pad for SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System - 8" Round Jack Foot

One thing that would have been helpful when we received our original four snap pads would have been the tip of putting dish soap around the edge of the pad so as to easily snap into place. If this would have been present in the box we wouldn't have damaged the 1 pad that we were having a hard time getting on. My suggestion would be to have something written about the installation and using dish soap to glide on easily. Also there is a video on the snap pad site for installation. This would have been helpful to know.1569320

The pads work great! They grip tightly to the jacks, help spread the weight and do not damage asphalt pads. They work well on gravel as well so I recommend them. I also recommend etrailer.com, the provide great customer service.1313466

The pads are still working well, even at -15 degrees. They help spread the weight on softer sites and protect the asphalt sites when the weather is hot. No problems at all.

eTrailer was easy to deal with on the Snap Pads for our 2017 Tiffin Phaeton. I thought I ordered the correct pads, but the front was smaller than the back. These 8" pads fit the front and went on quick & easy. They add to the leveling process.1527697

Oops, I did the review on the other item of the order. Story short: We lost one of the SnapPads that we just had purchased and installed on our trip staying in level sites at commercial campgrounds. We will never find out what the root cause was, but I assume it was a manufacturing flaw since the other three are still firmly attached to the jacks and I don't think I could get them off without brute force. Amazon and their supplier didn't understand the issue and offered to return the "complete" item or giving us a 20$ refund while telling us that they cannot sell us a single replacement pad. etrailer sold us the single pad we needed. Thank You. We will make sure to look at etrailer first in the future. Very different service when the people you talk to actually understand the issue and the product.882300

Both items from etrailer are still in great working order after one year and more than 5000 miles. The Sturgis kit allows us to use normal LP tanks and save the LP in our onboard tank, since it is not always easy and or cheap to fill that guy. The Pads stayed on, rain or shine, gravel, dirt or blacktop. Very convenient not having to crawl under the vehicle to place regular jack pads. This is a great example that good customer service is more important than ever. Thanks again.

There could be damage to the landing feet that prevents them from getting a perfect grip in the snap pad lip. If you can spin your SnapPads like part # SP34FR74 by hand they are too loose and they need to be tightened. Theres a 0.94 inch bolt in the center bottom of the foot pad that needs to be tight.

Snap pad products are exceptional in quality. etrailer customer service has been top notch. This product was delayed from the manufacturer, but etrailer was great with unsolicited availability updates via email.959841

These pads are the greatest. We have used them for about a year. We absolutely love how we these pads work. However, while coming home this past week, we accidentally ran over a large retread blow out fragment (traffic obscured it). It unfortunately ripped off the snap pads on one side of our coach. No other damage thanks to the snap pads sacrificing themselves to protect the leveling system. I never expected this 2nd usage model for these pads. We strongly recommend getting them for your rig.1060174
