This is going to replace the touchpad control panel for your Kwikee Level Best hydraulic RV leveling system for your Winnebago. This is going to work for the model number 1422192. Lippert Leveling System Is Getting Power to Control Module But Not Functioning
It sounds like it's just a control panel issue. Since you're getting power to the control module but nothing is powering on, that'd lead me to believe that the control module is the center of the issue. It also wouldn't hurt to also check through your wiring, making sure there aren't any breaks or frayed wires, along with your ground connections. However, first you should ensure all your connections are secure and not corroded.
