Question:
Hello my house batteries were only 4.67v and the cab battery showed 13.2 but changed all 3 . I also had .my jacks rebuilt and reinstalled them and also replaced the generator. Everything seams to work except no power in the control panel I hear a clunk when I 1st start then nothing. Any help will be so appreciated. Thank you.

The first thing I would do is test for continuity to the actual control panel # LC77CJ with a circuit tester # PTW2993. If you are not receiving voltage at all, then you may have a defective panel. However, first you should ensure all your connections are secure and not corroded.
The next thing I would do is check any fuses for the Level Best system, sometimes it may be as simple as replacing a blown fuse.
At this point, if everything looks good, your control unit just needs to get replaced.
As far as the "clunking" sound you're hearing, it may be a couple things, but my guess is there is just corrosion in the shafts. I recommend spraying the system well with some WD-40, and then wiping clean. If this doesn't fix the issue, you might consider new springs or a cylinder kit.
