Most sites only sell the whole power head for the awning when you really only need the D gear thanks for making a tough situation a little easier.

Order online late one afternoon and it shipped the next morning. With overnight shipping Inhad the parts by 10am the next day. Everything needed was included in the kit making the repair a breeze. ETRAILER is definitely the best source for parts and accessories for motorhomes and travel trailers.
The product was for my camper Capri Awning and it worked great. I only have used it a couple of times due to installing very late in the camping season and no problems.The installation was a little bit of pain,had to press the bushings in slowly so that I didn't break the aluminum ear and putting the e-clips in was not fun. Overall I will definitely buy this product again if the other side breaks!
The gear on my awning froze and broke during the last winter storm. I went back to the dealership and was told that I must replace the whole awning gearhead drive. They wanted $400 plus labor and told me I would not find the gears. I stumbled across this set of gears I bought them reluctantly but hoping they would fix my problem. They actually did work and now my awning extends and retracts the same way it did when it come from the factory. Thank you etrailer!
Fits my carefree 18ft awning. Would have liked to order just the D gear that is notorious for breaking and you can’t find anywhere but more than happy!

I have a carefree travel'r awning on my camper and one of the gears broke. Dealers were looking for almost 300 dollars for a whole new motor assembly and couldn't locate this part number. This fixed my awning for much less than a new motor.

Was so easy to rebuild with this kit ... wish I had seen it before buying a whole new head ... oh well ... now we have a spare! Passed on the info to others and thank you for the speedy delivery too!
It worked as expected but should have install instructions. If it had instructions it would have taken about 15 minutes to install instead of 1hr+

Products where as described, and installation was easy. Best of all was Sheila in customer service, she got order done quickly and new exactly what was needed. Also got shipped within 3 days for the same price as regular ground.

give this product 1 star. One of the gears in the package is visibly rusted. After spending over $100 for this kit and shipping, it’s disappointing to find the part not in new condition.
Everything good except new bushing would not fit in holes for them, had to use old bushings.

The product has been working great I haven’t had any issues since installing it
