Hey, everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today I have the replacement End Caps with Reflectors for your Let's Go Aero Two Inch Hitch Cargo Carriers. This is gonna fit at the end of your cargo carrier. For example, we have a GearDeck 17. So if, by any chance, you've lost, broken, or misplaced your end caps, that's gonna be the exact replacement part. So these end caps come with your cargo carrier, and part of the instructions when you get your end caps is to install them into the end of that carrier.
So there is a hole that you actually have to drill with a self-tapper to get it installed. So what commonly happens is that if enough force is put at the end of the cap to push it off, then it will tear through that hole that you drilled yourself. I mean, other reasons you may break this though is maybe you backed into something, you've cracked the reflector, or other reasons. So when that happens, you get a new end cap, but that end cap may not have that hole drilled into it. So in order to replace it, pop out the old end cap.
You may need to use a flat head screwdriver in order to pry it off, but once it's off, you then get your new end cap. You will have to put a good amount of force to get it lined up with the edges, but then grab pretty much any self-tapping screw, line it up underneath, and tighten it down. And that's it. You we're able to replace your reflector, and all you needed was a screwdriver and your own self-tapping screw, as well as a drill to drive that screw in. So this does arrive as a pack of two, enough to replace both reflectors.
This does work with specific Let's Go Aero Cargo Carriers, so check out that product page for the updated list of which cargo carriers, to see if it matches yours.
