Just a little part of our Thule bike rack, but missing one of the end caps on our hitch-mount bike rack seemed necessary to be replaced! This was one of 6 on the rack, so ordered more to have available if needed. The one that we lost, lasted for several years of use. Was happy to find the part through etrailer. We stopped at the place where we bought the rack and they did not have them.

I actually bought the Thule Doubletrack Two Bike Hitch Carrier. The box was missing a few pieces (not the fault of etrailer and the box wasn't damaged so apparently a little mix-up at the Thule packaging facility). I called etrailer and they immediately shipped the missing pieces to me (at no charge to me). Bill, at etrailer's call center, was extremely helpful and professional. I've assembled the bike rack (not difficult to do) and put it on my car. So far it works like a dream. I would definitely recommend both the Thule bike rack and etrailer.

Its working well. Frankly I havent used it for a few months since its been winter here till yesterday.
It had not even been a year since I bought my bike rack and 2 of my end caps came off. I was really excited to be able to find replacements parts and very cheap too. Etrailer processed my order quickly and i received it within a few short days. Fits my bike rack ends perfectly.
Product arrived arrived in short order and was exactly what was promised. A no hassle purchase. Always a pleasure when buying from etrailer!

I could not find these pieces locally at either Home Depot or Lowes and two hardware stores were out of stock. So, I called etrailer from whom I have ordered before and BINGO. They not only had it but shipped it right out and it was delivered when promised. In this case shipping cost as much as the product but I was glad to pay for such terrific service. They also have good tech support.

I built a rack for my wife's longarm sewing machine with square tubing and these caps worked perfectly to cover the open ends of the tubes and give the project a finished appearance as well a safety from sharp edges.
Product is an exact replacement for the end caps on my Thule Bike Rack.

It has been great.
My wife thinks this end cap is great. It fits. It's black. And it hasn't fallen out yet. The original, though, did fall out somewhere, so it's likely only a matter of time with this one....
Although these were very inexpensive products the person who helped me made sure they were what I needed. Excellent service
