Hello I just finished installing the wheels and I may have made a mistake but I also ordered and installed the bike rail inside the storage carrier and the bolts now are not long enough to go through the bike rail and threw the wheel brackets so I had to go to the store and buy longer ones just thought I’d mention it not sure if it was me you’re not
Also I’m curious the legs extend without any locking ratchet mechanism and obviously they’re locked in place to avoid them from collapsing in the upward position is this correct because it seems they can simply drop straight down without any thing holding them and the crossbar then gets out of whack?
Too expensive and poorly designed: The landing gear was way too expensive given the fact that I had to upgrade and replace the horizontal bracing that failed and grind the retaining slots to get it to work at all. It's still a pain to use but I have learned to live with it.
Poor instructions, 2 sets of instruction books, many parts not applicable to installation. no way to lock the wheels, potential hazard.

Would you be able to tell more about which brace exactly failed? A lot of times failure can be caused by overloading. Its always important to keep weight ratings in mind when using this product.
