Today we're going to take a look at the Gustafson glass for RV pendant and side wall lights. This comes in white swirl, so as the name implies it's going to have this sort of frosted swirled, white design in the glass. It's going to give a really nice modern look. And it's also going to help to diffuse the light, make it a little bit softer inside our RV. So it'll make a really nice addition to our RV's lighting. It has a sort of bell shaped glass, so it's going to have a really nice, modern design.
This again is going to fit side wall as well as pendant lights which are sold separately. You can find a lot of options here at etrailer.comThis is UL listed as well, as far as the dimensions it's going to be about four and a half inches long, from top to bottom. And it'll be about three and a half inches wide. And the way this installs on your pendant light for example, you just remove the module from the light and typically there should be some rubber washers to put in place. You'll want one on the backside of the glass and then one on the inside.
Just place that over the threaded end, put your washer in place on the inside there. And then thread that module back down inside the light. Now again the light is sold separately, we just have that here so you can get an idea of what it's going to look like.So it should wind up looking something like that. Go ahead and turn the light on so you can get an idea of what it looks like illuminated. So as you can see it has that really nice, soft, diffused light and that frosted white swirl pattern just looks really nice.And that's going to do it for our look at the Gustafson glass for RV pendant and side wall lights in white swirl..

The product is excellent. Beautiful and high quality. However, I was very disappointed in the shipping. It took 9 days to get from Utah to AZ. After a week of the tracking showing a label but USPS had not received it, I sent an email. The answer was that USPS doesn't show tracking and it is on it's way. I sent another email saying that is not correct, that USPS does indeed show tracking as it moves thru the system and obviously the pkg was still sitting at the shipping origin. I had my local PO trace it and they agreed that it had not left the shipping point. Apparently someone checked on it then and the next day it started it's journey. I shouldn't have had to wait that long.
The set of Pendant Globes arrived in a box the was labelled on three sides with Florescent Orange FRAGILE stickers but one Globe was damaged. We took pictures and contacted eTrailer who promptly went to work on getting us a replacement. Their urgency was as if we were broken down on the side of the road. All of my dealings with eTrailer have been a positive, their operation is a complete package and their Customer Service Department is a model for other companies to emulate!

Service from etrailer was great as usual. As others had commented, the hole in the top of he shade ended up being slightly too small, so I remedied it as those had advised with a Dremel tool. The only reason for being slightly unhappy is because of the difference in advertised dimensions. Some said 1", others said 1-1/6". As it was, it was the only reasonable choice because all others would have been too big. These shades were for hanging pendant lights, and were slightly smaller than the originals, so we replaced the pair. These lights are in a rather high-end RV and I don't know why the originals are so hard to find, but it appears that others have encountered the same problem. Overall - satisfied with the compromise.
These were exactly what I was looking for to replace one in our fifth wheel. I was getting worried because I couldn’t find the right size. Then I checked the website and found the right replacement. I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t find them. And they arrived right on time - Friday before we left on a trip on Sunday.

First shipment of qty 2 came right away. Packing wasn’t great and one was broken. I let them know and they instantly had another in the mail and to me within a few days no hesitation.
Excellent response and service. After I notified them that one of my received glass pendant shades was broken in transit they immediately resent a replacement.

The pendants from etrailer were perfect, affordable, and have held up extremely well over many miles of travel. Stands to reason weve been very satisfied.
The shades were great and better then described. I ordered 3 and when received, one was broken. I called E-trailer and they shipped a replacement right away. Very happy with the product and the awesome customer service e-trailer provides..
Great replacement.
You would think it would be easy to locate one of these items but Etrailer was the only one with this size to replace two over our kitchen counter. One broke during our last trip. The only negative is that my wife with tiny hands will have to thread the retaining fastener; my hands are too big.

Product just as described with fast shipping. My first shipment had a broken glass. Once I contacted customer support, a replacement was shipped right away. etrailer has defiantly shown me that followup and customer service is just as important as the sale.
I really love these I wanted something brighter to replace the pendant globes in my Voltage toy hauler even though a little shorter than original globes.
But the opening on top is not big enough for the nut to go back on the part that hangs from ceiling so unfortunately I have to send them back.
Looked nice good quality but dia of hole was too small to fit fixture had to use a diamond bit in dremel tool to enlarge it to fit. It was in a 2012 Dutchman fifth wheel customer service has been great
Very thick glass and heavy compared to original globe I was replacing. Also was impressed with customer service rep Vicki for replacing one of the globes that was damaged during shipment. Took my word and didn't need to send a picture of broken globe. Very satisfied with etrailer and their employees.

The globes received are very nice and are exactly what we wanted. However, they don't fit the fixture. The hole at the end is not big enough.
