Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com.Today, we're going to take a look at this Firestone double convoluted standard air spring. Now this is a replacement air spring for your Firestone Ride Right kit part numbers F0830, F2032, and F2030. All three of those kits we do sell separate on our website.This is the replacement air spring. It's a standard double convoluted air helper spring. Offers maximum load support, provides cushioning between opposing components, and it enhances the performance of ride comfort on the vehicle.

It is designed to operate up to 100 PSI.The spring is a four layer reinforcement construction, it enhances the air spring load support. And in the very middle here, it has a braided wire girdle hoop that'll create the convoluted shape of the spring. This does increase the burst pressure in the spring. It has environmentally friendly coated metal end plates, provide superior corrosion resistance.The very top right here, you can see the threads. That's a quarter inch NPT inflation port.

It has time proven roll crimp seal on each end here. This keeps the rubber airbags secure to the end plates. This is for quantity of one air spring. It is 2,500 pounds per air spring at 100 PSI, and the spring will handle from five up to 100 PSI.So the compressed height on this is about three inches. The extended height is nine inches.

The normal ride height when it's installed is about five and a half to seven inches. And the maximum diameter is seven and a half inches.That should do it for the review on the Firestone double convoluted standard air spring.
