Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a quick look at this Dutton Lainson Remote Handheld Switch. This remote switch is going to allow you to control the load and unload functions of your winch from up to 10 feet away with this included 10 foot long wire and this is going to work with all 120 volt AC, strong arm electric winches. And as you can see here, this features a three position switch with the in, off and out functions. And if you notice, it does return to the off position when you release that switch, just like that. This is made here in the USA of durable plastic.
The switch itself, the switch handle is made of durable plastic and this is going to wire directly to your winch through the hole in the side of the cover on your winch. And I do wanna point out that you wanna be certain that your winch is unplugged from power before adding or replacing this remote control. A little tricky to connect to my 20 year old lift but works great . Glad I bought it as so much easier to dock etc. Thanks

Works prefect on my old Dayco winch.
This product was as advertised and it arrived intact and on time. I installed it for a friend who loaned me his winch. When I burned up the motor, I felt like replacing the motor was the least I could do, so I chipped in to buy the remote switch, installed that, and returned it. I confirmed that it worked correctly, but he has the winch now. I'm betting it is still working correctly.
A little slow on delivery as product was not in stock or something but great communication along the way and when it arrived just as described!
I have not had it install as of now. But I can tell every that the service is wonderful and very concern that the customer is pleased with what they order. And I will be sending pictures when we install it. Thank you very much Janice
