Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this replacement steering stabilizer shock for your Demco Kar Kaddy tow dolly. This is going to replace the steering stabilizer shock on your Kar Kaddy tow dolly. And this is going to fit both the Kar Kaddy 3 and the Kar Kaddy SS models. And so, for your reference, on your screen, I am including the model numbers for that Kar Kaddy 3 and the Kar Kaddy SS tow dollies.

I installed a replacement stabilizer shock on my 30 year old Kar Kaddy 2 tow dolly and towed our 65 Mustang 400 miles with no stability problems. Thanks to etrailer for recommending and supplying a replacement stabilizing shock that fits good in the original configuration. Note: none of the original ID tag info remains readable on my old Kar Kaddy 2.
Would be nice to be able to obtain an after market product.
Easy install. Have not used much yet. Perfect fit for my Demco Kar Kaddy KM360SB
The steering stabilizer and the brake actuator fit perfect on my Emco tow dolly. The brake backing plates had a different hole spacing then the originals so I had to put the new brake parts on the old backing plates. Considering I couldn't give the sales rep the model year of the dolly, this was a totally acceptable and correctable issue. Great products at very good prices with very fast shipping.

Perfect
Well, fixin to take first big trip of the year so we'll find out if the steering dampener works good or not. Very happy with the quality and ease of installation. Never been happy with tow dollys quality . . . but hopefully, this will help thing.

Its handled very well.
Shaft on shock is rusting. The one I removed that was over 40 years old had no rust in this area. This seems to be of poor quality.
I have yet to install the steering damper the old one is all rusted and I look forward to installing this one.
Fits my kar kaddy 2 just fine, does what it's supposed to, recommend
the shock was creased or dented on the stationary end seemed to stroke alright .I installed anyway
